Dealing with Compassion Fatigue

Join the Oakes Healthy Community Coalition as we offer a special training session designed for those in the helping profession.

Monica McConkey, licensed professional therapist, will lead the group to help us learn how to:

 Identify the warning signs of Compassion Fatigue (CF)  Prevent and heal from CF  Acknowledge the importance of small communities being able to retain/recruit helpers

This training is free and open to anyone, but it is targeted to those in the helping fields. No RSVP is required.

Coffee and breakfast bars will be served.
