Are the people in your life making your farm/ranch transition challenging? This circle will cover the topic of farm transition, with particular focus on the human factors. There will be an education component, followed by an open discussion. The circle will be moderated by Monica McConkey, and will include farmers who have experienced farm transitions who offer some practical insights. We will also discuss available transition resources.
