The current climate of today is full of conflict seemingly dividing us as a country, trickling down to communities, organizations and families.  The focus of this conversation is around knowing ourselves so we can more effectively navigate our relationships.  We will take a deep dive into gaining insight into our own personalities which will help us in creating and nurturing relationships that are helpful rather than toxic.
